Shipping & Delivery Policies

We want to make getting your enameling supplies as easy as possible. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred delivery method in the Delivery section.

1. Choose Your Delivery Method

Ship: Have your order delivered directly to your doorstep.

Pickup: If you are local, you can choose to collect your order from our store at no extra cost. Our pickup location is: Kauno str. 36-228, Vilnius, Lithuania.

2. Shipping Rates & Calculations

Our shipping rates are calculated differently depending on your destination. Please note: the total shipping price will be displayed automatically once you have entered your shipping address.

International (Excluding USA): Shipping prices are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel.

United States (USA): Shipping prices are calculated based on the total order value. This reflects a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning we handle the payment of all import taxes and duties on your behalf so you don't have to pay them upon arrival.

3. Estimated Delivery Times for Standard Shipping

Please note that these are estimated transit times after your order has been dispatched when using our standard shipping service:

Europe	1 – 2 weeks
UK, USA, Canada, Australia, South America	2 – 5 weeks
Other countries	2 – 4 weeks

4. Free Shipping From 250€ (Excluding USA)

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on larger orders shipping to international destinations (excluding the United States).

Threshold: Orders reaching a total amount of 250€ or more qualify for free delivery.

Eligibility: This is applied automatically at checkout once the subtotal reaches the required amount. Please note that due to the specialized DDP handling for US shipments, the free shipping offer does not apply to orders delivered to the USA.

5. Shipping Carriers & Speed

After entering your address and seeing your calculated rate, you can choose the level of service that best fits your needs:

Standard Shipping: Our most cost-effective reliable service.

FedEx Express Shipping: * Shipping fee: 50€

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 business days.

6. Processing times

Please note that each item has its processing time for getting ready to ship your order. Processing time depends on product availability. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas order processing can take up 10 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
